PSA Rising and Falling during Chemo

I have been receiving chemotherapy since November 2023. Started with Docetaxel until it failed after 7 cycles. Switched to Cabazitaxel and currently on the 5th cycle. Since starting the Cabazitaxil my PSA has been raising and lowering. I am currently having some scans done to confirm if there is progression.

What is going on? What causes the PSA to react like this. My numbers are high, last 3 are 28, 69 and 48 now.

It is my personal opinion

- Find out bigger spots from PSMA Pet Scan and radiate them

- May be debulking surgery and remove the spots

- Do you have access to AMG 509 or Any ADC clinical trials ?

Hopefully, much of the PSA is from dead cancer cells.
