So I started on Pluvicto on Feb 13th this year. My PSA at the time was 305. I also started Xtandi a couple of days later. Still getting Lupron shot every three months.
After the that Feb 13th session I was tested on March 23rd, my PSA was down to 244.80
After the second session that was given on March 27th, I was tested again for PSA again on May 4th. PSA is down to 160.40
So things seem to be going in the right direction. I still have a lot of fatigue, and still struggle to eat foods that I actually used to enjoy. I'm down about 35lbs since I started chemo on November 7th and only lasted 4 sessions until they decided it wasn't wasn't working.
Hopefully, this is the right combination.

That is truly wonderful news. How many sessions of Pluvicto (Lutetium-177) do you anticipate receiving? Obviously in your case, the radiopharmaceutical drug seems to be working much better than the chemotherapy. Good luck!
Not sure, it's either that or the Xtandi. But the Chemo is where not wanting to eat all started. But since I've been done with at since Jan 10th, it's hard to keep blaming the Docetaxel.
I had 3 rounds of Chemo (docetaxel) and started with bad taste and burning tongue, was not so bad. Then after second round of Pluvicto got worse. Oral Medicine at Dana thought it was thrush, was treated for that but did not help. Now they are saying it is geographic tongue, no treatment seems to help. Anyone else experience this?
