Prostate Cancer PSA is detectible again
My prostate cancer was diagnosed in 2019, and I had a radical
prostatectomy
at Vanderbilt. In early 2023, my PSA went up to 0.12. I underwent a PET scan, which returned negative. However, an MRI revealed a small area at the
prostatectomy
suture site.

Looking for vitamin C infusions in Perth, Western Australia without glutathione?
Dear all Vitamin C infusions were tremendously helpful for my Dad in 2017 when he was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer and underwent a
prostatectomy
, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Now trying to find them again.

Yale New Haven
will have
prostatectomy
. Considering Yale New Haven, as I’ve been seeing a urologist in the network for the past few years. Would like to know about the experience of others that have done same procedure in YNH, and whether they recommend it.

ED medications for assistance with incontinence recovery
2 months post Robotic daVinci
prostatectomy
. Non nerve sparing. Will Viagra or other ED meds help with incontinence issues along with Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy? Still mostly incontinent. Found and using a penile clamp 2-3 hours at a time for training the bladder to fill and empty.

Looking for friends who have gone through prostate cancer
It's been 10 years since I had my
prostatectomy
. I was 57 at the time and it was a robotic surgery which fortunately saved my sexual nerves. As you all know nothing is the same after surgery. I now live in Florida.

Had appt with urologist, although already stated no surgery
Had appt and the urologist seemed to he trying to persuade me to have
prostatectomy
although I was clear at diagnosis no surgery primarily due to incontinence issues. He said permanent incontinence occurred in less than 5% of cases, I disagreed and said 10/15% is nearer the mark am I correct?

Catheter removed today!
My husband had his catheter removed today at 9am following his robotic
prostatectomy
(Retzius sparing) on April 9th. He hasn’t leaked or dribbled at all, but is peeing every hour (with full control). The frequency is alarming though - should he be trying to hold on longer or go with the flow ?

My husband is BRCA2 positive, had a
prostatectomy
, salvage radiation and now his PSA is starting to creep back up. I know it’s too early to take additional treatment steps but we want to get set up with a care center that provides the best/latest treatment options, guidance etc.
