BAT and Pluvicto?

Did well on Zoladex and Apalutimide for 2 1/2 yrs. with Mets to bones. Cancer has now spread to liver and pelvic lymph nodes. Docetaxel has failed and I am now waiting to hear if insurance will cover Pluvicto. Any thoughts on starting BAT now in case Pluvicto doesn’t happen? Can you do both at the same time? I don’t think this has been studied. Can’t find anything on it anyway. BAT is simply fluctuating your testosterone levels to confuse the cancer. Wondering if any aspect of this would jeopardize the bonding of Pluvicto to the PSMA on the cancer cell? Thanks.

There's an ongoing trial of BAT+Xofigo, so BAT+Pluvicto may be useful.
