I’ve had 2 Pluvicto infusions - after PSA going up, it came down after second infusion.
Have any of you guys had 6 infusions of Pluvicto? How do you feel? Is it working?

This is the information about the RCT Vision trial which lead to Pluvicto approval by the FDA.
I completed all 6 infusions at a Trial Study at Dana Farber last year. First 3 infusions worked very well, PSA dropped from 8.1 to 0.19. For the next 3, the PSA slowly crept up. It never got back up to 8. Fatigue was the biggest impact on me. Exercise I found to be the best way to counter the effects.
I had 4 infusions, PSA went from 8 to 0.07. Hgb and platelets were trending lower. I was given a 5th dose, and within 6 weeks was in severe bone marrow failure, anemia and platelets markedly depressed, with subsequent renal failure. Should not have been given the 5th dose. Getting transfusions every 2 weeks, likely will need dialysis. Be careful after several doses, consider waiting longer than 6 weeks to better assess delayed incidental organ damage.
wow - sorry to hear this. I was wondering how everyone was doing after all these doses. I’m getting ready for #3 but so far, other than fatigue and lower PSA, so good.
Highly recommend caution at or around #4, and after #4 wait substantially longer than 6 weeks for any further doses. Word to the wise.
Geez.......... sorry to hear about your issue with 5th dose..........I hate to say this "but can you sue?" I'm not the type to sue at every drop...... Anyway "tough it out and God Bless"...

They are giving me 6 doses of Pluvicto this year. I had the first one March 17, and the next one won't be until May 17. (almost 9 weeks) After that they will be 6 weeks apart with labs done twice before the next infusion. They are carefully watching the bloodwork. I think my doctors are taking the right route. Right now I feel fine and it's been a little over 3 weeks.
Hi JoeyDad
My husband finished his 6th dose 2 weeks ago at Banner in Gilbert, AZ.
His PSA at the start of Pluvicto treatments was 108.5. After the 4th treatment was 1.59. It increased slightly to 1.98 before the final treatment. His HGB - which was a concern before treatment was 9.4. It was 12.0 before this last treatment. His treatment prior to Pluvicto was docetaxel with carboplatin. He has been closely monitored through all treatments. He has been able to tolerate all treatments well with good results. Fatigue has been his only issue through this but even that wasn't bad. I'm so grateful that he's had success so far. I know many do not. Hoping you continue to do well with your treatments. As others have mentioned, it's important to be cautious with this. Our medical team watched him closely through this.
Hi JD, I started Pluvicto in Sept. 2022 with a PSA of 4.34 and rapidly rising. I just finished my 5th and final treatment 3 weeks ago with a PSA today of 0.11. I expect it to fall to about .05 within 3 weeks, if it follows my past experience. I then plan to try SBRT for a final cleanup if anyone will take me with a PSA that low and likely to be barely detectable on my next PSMA test (which will be my third one). Since we're currently "allowed" 6 Pluvicto infusions in the USA, I figure I'll save it for later if I need it. Other than feeling very tired, the usual aches and pains, and blood chemistry issues many of us experienced, I'm very happy with the results.
I will have my 4th dose in 2 weeks, my PSA now is at 0.9, some nausea but overall my body has accepted well.
