Not sure if you saw my update to my original post so I'm creating a new post here with the latest numbers:
02/26/22 PSA 3.3
03/19 STARTED SOY SUPPLEMENT
04/15 STOPPED TAKING ZYTIGA, it was not helping
04/16 BW SHOWED PSA OF 1.9
05/11 BW SHOWED PSA OF 1.6
06/15 BW SHOWED PSA OF 1.5
07/14 BW SHOWED PSA OF 1.9 (Only taking 1 pill a day for about a week and then switched to 1 in AM and 1 in PM which is tolerable. I started off taking 2 in the evening and this caused a reaction of blisters after a while, so I stopped taking 2 at once. It's only recommended to take 1 capsule. But the 2 at once got me down to 1.5)
08/16 BW SHOWED PSA OF STILL 1.9 (right now pausing on Soy supplement as it makes me feel funny. If in 3 months my psa is going up, I will try it again and see if it knocks it back down a bit.
Discussed this today 08/16 with my MO and we will see how things look in 3 months and I'm ok with that.
Best,
Philip

Thank you for both posts! I put my husband on this supplement twice a day last month hoping it would help with lack of estrogen issues (hot flashes, bone loss). It hasn’t done much for the hot flashes. His baseline DEXA just came back and he is starting out at great levels. I thought about discontinuing the soy but now I won’t. His Gleason was 8 and is expected to be on ADT for 24 months.
My best to you and the other guys for sharing what works for you.
I'm using the brand "Life Extension". I think it's probably the best out there and it's on Amazon or directly from Life Extension. It's called, "Super Absorbable Soy Isoflavones" in a blue and white bottle with 60 veg capsules.
