My journey with stage IV PCa continues.

PSA up to 3.9 from 3.6 and that was up from 2.9. Was 840.2 at Dx in 01/2015 and hit a PSA nadir of 0.1 in Summer of 2017

Failed Zytiga after 8 months and had Xtandi fail after only 2 months

Just got home went and had lunch at Snow Crab at Crab in a Bag( crabinabagca.com/ , The AIS Cancer Center nurse looked up MyChart and she saw that my MO ordered 6 more Cabazitaxel sessions for a total of 18 total, hope to add Carboplatin with that.

Kaiser just approved the PSMA, called Kern radiology and they have to order it then sch me😍Life is beautiful

We don't like Kaiser, they wouldn't let me have hip revision surgery even though I had metallosis and tons of pain from the titanium. Switched to Pacificare & got it fixed before too much damage was done! Congrats on the last Cabazitazel!! We love you & keep on fighting!!!

I've had 7 rounds of Jevtana/Carbo combo 2+ weeks ago. 1st round brought my PSA down from 62 to 4.

Unfortunately, PSA has risen after each subsequent treatment to 18 right before round 7. Next blood work coming up in 4 days, and maybe next chemo combo round #8 2 days later depending on PSA.

Hey, hope to add Carboplatin to the Cabazitaxel, as the first 11 didnt affect the PSA much. Wanna add two chemos now, as I dunno how I would handle double chemos in future sessionsRandy
