Hey gang, there was a cover band playin in the Park up the street from the office last week. They did a great job with a variety of oldies, I did laps until a song that I dug came up, then I'd stop to record some. Of course I ran into patients 😃

Dang gravity, calves keep filling up when I stand up, wore compression sleeves, but too dang hot now. I still do the inflator before bed. Still hiking tho

LoL, yea crazy stuff😜. No pain is the best part, a wee bit tender as the skin stretches. I can dealio, and that's better than arm lymphedema that breast cancer pts may get
