Mahalo nui loa my Brother😁, I've always been an upbeat, glass 1/2 full kinda guy. Someone said maybe cuz I was already in healthcare that it was easy to apply that compassionate, kind side to life with PCa. Clearing out a relatives house for estate work can be a really big job sometimes. You are the energetic guy to handle it tho. Probably a lot of memories there . Looks like you have a new and fun hobby of 4X4 wheeling. Now you can hit some of those dirt roads off Sand Canyon Road or those interior forest service roads off Fuego Rd. lol. Some great fun there little buddy.

So much stuff at Betty's, so the Jeep will help with that and Yes it has 4WD for offroad and Winters up here.
A few yrs ago coming up here from hangin out with my kiddos, there was a Huge rainstorm and the 14/58 was jammed, Google Maps took me away from Mojave and the road that we were on had huge amount of mud, so the lil sedan kept fishtailing whilst 4WDS just flew by me. So I vowed to get a 4WD and it took my Aunt passing to get me to buy one. It's a former rental, so I knew that it was well maintained and only 28k miles - probs last vehicle I'll ever have.
She bought soooo much and some were unopened and many duplicates. A ton of trash piled around, but no critters😁

it’s a bg job buddy, to sort and dispose of someone’s life’s time accumulation. We’ve had to do it a couple times in recent times, it’s un fathomable how much “ stuff “ we accumulate. lol yep, 4X4 is something you need especially up there where you are…. Such variable weather , especially in winter… you’ll appreciate that you got it. I like your choice of the way you bought it as well. My 2010 Silverado super LTZ only has about 49,000 miles on it now. We took off the tattered waterproof duck hunters seat covers for the first time since we bought it. Now it looks brand new inside. Too bad ADT caused my bg to get out of regulation and destroyed my eyesight and I lost my DL. lol no 4X4 for me now.
There are so many things you can do with that 4X4 ,you’ll be amazed. One thing is setting the speed control , with one of the computers, so it runs like it has “ cruise control “ which of course all cars have ….but yours can be set to work “ both “ up hill and down hill at the same time. In the foothills like Tehachapi etc. just set it and Forgetaboutit. lol no freewheeling down slopes anymore.
Now you can poke around and find that coffee can of twenty dollar gold pieces Betty had hidden behind the stone in the fireplace 😂😂😂😂
Yea Bruddah, have to spend time playing around with it, also get use to a rear view camera monitor. Got a 3 month trial of Sirius and I'm in song Heaven: Broadway, Sinatra, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s Yea Babeee. Gotta learn the controls of the media system, connect phone, program stuff.
If you look at the door behind the Jeep, it says shoe repair😜, the Landlord did a facade back side of the bldg and I have to keep the door locked as it's the back of my office and pts have come thru thinking it was a shoe repair store😆 Btw, one of my long time pts painted that and a ton of other murals up here
Omg … that shoe thing , on the face of it, sounds kinda cold blooded. For kripes sakes you are “ still “ here. Seems like he’s gonna split the building after you pass and already has a renter in place. I’m speechless….. wtf. Never mind the embarrassment to you. Dunno tho …. Maybe you could reorganize a bit, and glue on a few new shoe soles in between patients …. 😂😂😂😂 of course I don’t know much about it but it seems pretty heartless.
