What strength Estradiol patches have worked for hot flashes ?

I’ve tried 0.1 mg/day patch for a week . Haven’t noticed any improvement . But my motto has always been , “ Instant gratification takes too long !”😂

My doctor put me on Effexor, it helps with the depression and the hot flashes. I also carry a small battery operated fan to stick down my shirt when needed 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I used 0.25 mg/24 hrs patches and changed every 3-4 days. They actually don’t last longer than that. Before you give up, try wearing two of your patches and change alternately every two days, or both of them every four. Worked very well for me and made ADT quire tolerable.
