My friend uses Veozah. He went from 6-7 hot flashes, day and night to none. No side effects. He loves the stuff!

I haven't tried that one yet. I tried 4 other drugs that might help, they didn't.

I finally did what my MO had suggested a year ago. Acupuncture - I was a sceptic. It has done a really good job for me. My hot flashes we every 1-2 hours, full epic body sweats. Since acupuncture, they are way down and the severity is greatly diminished. As a side note, I am getting a knee replacement soon, I mentioned this before my last treatment. They put extra needles around the knee and the pain for that is also greatly reduced.

Estradiol patches work like a charm, prescribed for me by Snuffy Myers over 9 years ago, been using them ever since. Snuffy has some videos on YouTube regarding their use. They also help promote bone health and may even play a part in battling your prostate cancer.

I am on Eligard (Lupron =). I've been taking for 5 years. I still get 6-8 severe hot flashes per day.Best luck.

Sounds like we are on a similar track, can check my profile! My MO recommended Black Cohosh and the reviews were good but after a few months now on over the counter BC, no improvement, am getting the flashes regularly under Lupron and Abi. Looks like we need a prescription for Veozah.

I take venlafaxine 75 mg daily. My hot flashes are mild and 1-3 per day. Also, the drug helps me keep my sanity through this ordeal

veozah is a new, non-hormonal treatment for hot flashes and fda approved for women. Meaning in the US, a man usually won’t have coverage. My wife’s Obgyn prescribed it for her and i am “unofficially “ taking her meds. It’s safe and hot flashes vanished. It’s about $500 per month without coverage.
