Crazy thing i finished HDR-BT treatment with ADT in June 2023. PSA steady at .05 testosterone around 350 right now. Over the past couple of weeks I wake up sweating and hot this happens whenever I fall asleep. Is there some explanation for hot flashes returning over a year later?

Hot Flashes Returned

Similar, one of the questions I meant and forgot to ask my oncologist in our consult last week.
After coming off Orgovyx in April, first side effects to go away were the fatigue and muscle and joint stiffness, withing the first 2-3 weeks, hot flashes took a while longer, about 6-8 weeks.
Then, a month or so ago, they came back, one generally at night, one or two during the day. Given my T "recovered," odd that they are "back." Certainly not the same frequency, duration or intensity, but...
If they continue, I'll ask my oncologist when we next meet in early February.
