A 5k today, climbing to 4142 feet. Had an Amber Ale to celebrate. Bonnie had a Guinness Nitro Brew.

5 Cabazitazels in(26 in 7 years), #6 next Friday with maybe 7 more and maybe add Carboplatin 🤔

PSA after # 4 was only down to 3.1

MO ordered a scan/biopsy of R iliac lymph nodes to assess if anything actionable.

Fight On y'all

I'm a wimp. You da man.

Only 6 chemo's for me 2 years ago. No marathons. Worse yet as much as I used to love a good beer I have pretty much scaled back to nothin.

Only reward myself with cannabis.

I am really glad for you. Thanks for letting us know and that life beyond just surviving is a reality for some. You are a trooper to say the least.

I think tonight I will go ahead and have a Newcastle in your honor.

I'll have what Bonnie is having.

That sounds like a good plan.

Congrats on another 5K. 😁 Less O2 at 4142’— good for building up platelets…!

Amazing, I’m stuck at 0.5k and that’s on the flat!

Well done.

Inspiration at its best! When I hoist a Guinness Stout on March 17, I’ll be saluting you two as well.

Congratulations and a heart “well done”! Pelvic LNs are often actionable by RT. Consider a PSMA PET scan and review with a good RO. Keep on running together sweet ones!
