My psa went from 0 to 8.6 in 6 months. Had test and 8 out of 10 clips showed surrounding cancer. Went to a class of several urologists' giving there way of removal of prostate, decided on robotics, however Dr. said I would need radiation even if take prostate out, advised me to do radiation and see results. Psa down but wanted stay down, so put me on Lupron body got used to it after a while so got on Zytiga and Predasone too. Now only zytiga and pred. psa 0.2 for long time. what is next, who knows

Can you please clarify. Did you have radiation treatment, and if so, what was treated (prostate only or whole pelvic)? At what point did you begin taking Lupron+Zytiga and for how long have you been taking them?

Treatment whole area, treatment started 2012 first radiation, then Lupon, they switch me to Eligard forgot why, after 6 years body got used to Eligard so the added zytiga 2 a day 500mg with predasone. psa .0> after time reduced to 1 500mg a day, psa still .0> after a time stopped Elligard, psa still 0.0> psa has varied a little, but good

Has your testosterone come back to normal?

Well, you won't know if the treatment worked until your testosterone normalizes.
