Advice on numbness/Whitening of hands and feet

Hi all, my Dad is on radium 223/xtandi & monthly zometa. He has experienced increase episodes of numbness/Whitening in his hands mainly fingers when cold also his feet. He spoke to the trial nurse about it as the nurse taking his bloods noticed it and said it shouldn't occur so frequently 🤔 Any advice /tips? He is also on Oxycontin 40mg /oxynorm 10mg amatrypaline 25mg / Stillnoct 20mg. 9 sessions of doxetal chemo from Oct - Feb (final 2 doses reduced due to nuropathy)

I get white hands and feet and my Dr diagnosed it as Raynauds. Mostly due to the purple color that shows when the blood comes rushing back. I get it after a bike ride in cold weather as my core temperature plummets. I usually take a hot shower until the blood returns to my extremities. I understand this may be different than what your father is experiencing but warm liquids also help. If in fact he has Raynauds I am fairly sure there is not cure but warm liquids and hot showers can address the symptoms. I suspect mine was caused by ADT and/or RT.

My first thought was Raynaud's, as treedown suggested, as well as everything else your father has going on. But I would also have his Vitamin B12 checked & possibly Vitamin D as well, considering the symptoms deficiencies can cause. Best wishes! 🕊️
