I had a RP in 1999 and PC under control for 20 years through Lupron, Casodex, Radiation, Chemo infusion and Trelstar.
In 2020 PSA went up to 25 and started Zytiga and PSA went to 126 immediately which was when I started Chemo. Initially PSA went back down to 25 and after completing Chemo in April 2021 PDA went up to 50. Started Lynparza in September 2021 and PSA is 77.
Tried to get into Lu-177 trial but excluded because of Chemo treatments previously.
I have had numerous scans which show small Mets in liver and spine but thankfully no pain.
Anybody have any suggestions as to next steps.
Thanks

Did they do a genomic test of a metastasis and find you had BRCA+ metastases? Jevtana+carboplatin may work. Most trials of Lu177PSMA require previous chemo. Have you had Provenge?
My husband is BRCA 2 and started Lynparza Aug 2020. His PSA has been mostly undetectable for the past 6 months. He also recently completed 6 months of Xofigo. He’ll have scans next week and labs labs the following week then back to the doctor the first week of November. I
Praying that you’ll find the best course for your treatment!
