Well it seems I have become castrate resistant. Psa rose after my December 2020 6 month Eligard shot to 2.18 from 0.78 in 10 weeks. Had a one month Lupron shot and dropped to 1.45 but in mid May was back up to 1.78.

So here we go on the next step in this pathway. I had radiation and bracy boost in early 2016 with 24 months Lurpron. Back up psa in May 19; Casodex for a year then Eligard until this past Dec.

Any thoughts on Nubeqa?

TeacherDude, I am looking into nubeqa monotherapy as my casodex will fail in the next year going from 0.07 in April 2021 to expected 0.5+ by July 2022 at its presnt rate of doubling. At which time I will stop Casodex and hope for AntiAndrogen withdrawl remission. In the mean time, Iam looking for a Dr. to try Nubeqa Monotherapy on my cancer. I am checking Clinical trials to see who is testing Nubeqa. There are nine trials - One in South america and another in South Carolina that may be some Hope?? Best Peter
