I was hoping for one of the clinical trials that would best suit my husbands cdk12 mutation. However he was put on Lynparza. Can anyone share your experience with this drug as far as side effects and if it works pretty well? The Zytiga stopped working after only 5 months of being on it. 😩😩💔

There was a 3-month overall survival and radiographic progression-free survival benefit for CDK12 (p.20-21 below). It wasn't statistically significant, but the sample size was small. Side effects are significant.

As I am BRCA2+, Lynparza worked well for me for close to 2 years. I experienced anemia, and had a partial blood clot that was resolved with Eliquis med.
