Tripple therapy - ADT+Lynparza+Xtandi

I just started Lynparza in addition to Xtandi and Loupron. I don’t have a BRCA mutation, but I was told that Lynparza may be beneficial regardless. I finished cycle of Jevtana (7 infusions) and Xtandi. My PSA was 0.74, but now it has increased to 2.3. All other tretments and history are in my bio. The last Pet-choline done in Feb. 2024, did not show any mets, probably because at that time my PSA was 0.6. I have scheduled new PSMA Pet scan fo 4/25/24.

I was wondering if anyone have tried this tripple therapy and how did it work. Thank you for any thoughts

It is very toxic (high rates of anemia) and analysis of the trials shows no effect if your metastases are not BRCA+

Have you had Pluvicto? The combination with Xtandi works particularly well:

Yes, I had Pluvicto (6 cycles) and it worked great- mild side effect, PSA undetectable after 2nd cycle, but unfortunately, did not last long. Finished Pluvicto in April 2023 and PSA started to rise in Sept. 2023. Did the chemo and Xtandi combo, but after 7th chemo, PSA started to rise. I hope that the PSMA scan will give a better picture of what is going on. Any other thoughts?

Can you get an FDG PET in addition to the PSMA PET? Perhaps get a met biopsy - there may be clinical trials you qualify for.

Good suggestion! I’ll try to get it. Right now, I have scheduled only PSMA scan, but I’ll email my dr to schedule this scan as well.

1) Pluvicto + Xtandi 2) Docetaxel + Xtandi ? does both has similar numbers for results perspective

TA - I think european medical associations approved the same combinations and similar thing is on way to USA by end of 2025

I have never taken Xtandia. I am currently on Lupron and Fenbendazole. PSA dropped from 46.5 to 6 in 3 weeks. Will see what the next labs show.
