I am humbled excited and relieved Met with oncology this morning for an overview after treatment PSA now 0.55 and is expected to get much lower

I will me monitored every 3 months

Wonderwoman was crying again this time with joy

Broke my heart someone can care this much

I am so gratefull to all of you that helped me through the tough times

Personal trainers are struggling to get paying clients Covid stopped many of my clients had to give a few refunds as well

Gratitude is your winning hand ..Amigo ....Gyms are a brutal business right . Our daughters boyfriend”Max “ is a personal trainer and had moved to Simi because his friend had a gym there ...Until covid . The owner ended up burning people out of thousands $$ of pre-paid fees ... he even burned Max for $500 at the end ...what are friends for ,eh? Max is leading small workout groups now outdoors in the park . It s hard for these kids to pay the rent in Cali. My point for you about living with pc is to enjoy anything you can ... we all will suffer ..finding love and happiness each day should be the goal.. Bless you and Wonder Woman ..🙏🏋🏽‍♂️

1000,s of pounds ge never refunded

I refunded a few of mine I couldn't have a clear conscience and that matters a whole lot to me

I often wonder that if I had gone to a gym or had a regular exercise regimen that maybe I wouldn’t shuffling ... walking bent over and nearly adt crippled right now. Probably things wouldn’t have been much different the way adt dangerously effects my blood pressure , blood sugar and heart ...but I still can’t help but wonder and wish things were different.

I think you are lucky to be a body builder, it may give you an extra tool to fight this monster and it’s treatment side effect. You should keep an eye on your blood pressure, blood sugar and cardiac rhythms just in case adt may start causing changes in those. Catching them early helps at lot. You’ll probably be fine , checking now and then is good tho.
