I have not put much on here, I have asked a few questions here and there. Thought I would post an update:
My wife and I did an Alaska Trip July 29 to Aug 9th. This something that has been on my bucket list for a long time. My MO thought that while I am feeling good, would be a good time. So between Radiation and chemo we went. Here are just a couple of pics. One is of me with my Halibut catch and of Denali (aka Mt McKinley) and a random scene. We had a remarkable time in Alaska, I would recommend this as therapy/diversion if you need something to help along in the journey.
Now back to reality--I am starting chemo Aug 26th. I hope and pray that it does not knock me back too hard.
See my profile for where I have been so far on this journey.
Thanks: Keith

Great fish and beautiful area.. Only been to Alaska once and only for a short stop coming back from SEA. Maybe someday if my wife and I can be healthy at the same time we can go. Best of luck with chemo. Most don't have many problems with it.
Halibut—My favorite! Looks like a wonderful trip. Been there twice and would love to go again. Best wishes on your chemo-that it has few side effects, but overall effectiveness so you can keep working on that bucket list.
Great photos and best wishes with the chemo! Be sure that you are offered the Neulasta on-body injector at the end of each infusion. Neulasta helps keep the white blood cell counts up to help fight infection and reduce the chance of hospitalization.
Good to see you smiling with nice fish in such a beautiful place. Happy for you to have these experiences with your wife. You have had such a rough journey. Surely the Lord is holding you. As are we in our own small ways.
