Dad - 36 Months from dx, still not castrate resistant

Some time ago I posted my father's regular test scores for a full year from diagnosis, some found them useful, so I thought I would provide them again, and this time with an update of his most recent results. We are in the UK and he was diagnosed in July/Aug 2017, had 6 rounds of docetaxel in the Autumn of 2017 and has been on the STAMPEDE PATCH trial for a couple of years (where he applies transdermal oestradiol patches rather than ADT injections).

Not sure for how much longer he will hold off being castrate resistant, but the continued low PSA and Testosterone suggests he might be hanging round for a little while longer (fingers crossed!)

Great numbers, I take it that he has not had other ADT drugs. So he probably going to be around for a long time.

Yes, apart from some Lupron early on, the patches since and 6 rounds of docetaxel he’s had nothing else. So hopefully things up our sleeve as and when we need them
