Welcome to the group! How has your PSA been throughout the treatment? I am also on 1000mg Zytiga and 10mg Prednisolone daily since December last year. My PSA dropped from 4.87 to 2.06/2.68/2.8/2.95/2.73/2.89 and yesterday 3.18. I am waiting to hear from Onco as to whether that change is significant or not. It is good that it has worked for 2 years for you.

Welcome to the forum! What else can you add about your history? Check out the recent timely posts by Tall Allen about Advanced PC. Just click on to his name and follow him and his posts. Also a lot of great guys here and above that replied to you that you should "follow".

By "following" you can get e-mail updates when they post, if you list your e-mail in your profile.

I also am almost 6 years in remission on the same doses of Zytiga, and Prednisone and Xgeva every 3 months. My DX was Stage 4 with 4 bone mets. Three Gl 4+3=7 core samples at biopsy in 2012. Keep the faith!

Do you understand I hope that 1000 mg a day of zytiga can be reduced to 250 mg if you take it with a low fat meal such as low fat yogurt in the morning. Further cost savings is available if you purchase the generic version Yonsa. See GoodRX for coupons, like Costco, Which greatly reduce costs.

If you do a Google search you will find references to the clinical trial that demonstrated the superiority of the low fat meal option and the resulting savings for patients.
