Appearance of solitary met 1*.5 cm on head of humerus picked on gallium scan while being on ADT for 3 years and psa value risen to .09 from <.008. Already received RT to prostatic bed and femur head. Would radiation to humerus with ADT be done or should abiaterone be added as well to ADT and RT. Suggestions please. Also what is the prognosis. Dad is 65 years old. Thanks all
