IP6 + Inositol seems to be working for me.

After battling PCa for nearly 19 years with disappointments galore, I may now have found something with positive results. I had radical prostatectomy in August 2003 (Gleason: 4+3) which was followed by a very gradual PSA rise over 11 years.

I had conventional treatments (salvage radiation, spot radiation) as well as complementary therapies (cannabis oil, fasting), and dietary supplements (too numerous to mention). But nothing really has worked.

Following recommendations from folks in this support group, I’ve been taking IP6 + Inositol since mid-January, 2022. My PSA rise has stopped and dropped to a stable level over the last several months. Here are some past readings:

(2/8/20, <.1, at the end of 6-month Lupron shot to support spot radiation of LN’s.), (6/10/21, 0.6), (9/18/21, 1.0), (1/3/22, 1.9), (3/13/22, 1.3), (6/18/22, 1.1)

If this is helping me, I hope it will help others as well.  BTW, I take  2 scoops, twice a day, Cell Forte brand. Each scoop is 6.9 g.

How did you decide on that dosage? Others please chime in on the efficacy you've personally experienced with it. Thank you.

Hi swwags,

Almost a year ago there was a post by Calbear74 where he discussed his use of IP6 + Inositol. He mentioned that he was doing 5 scoops a day (Cell Forte, powder). That was just a starting point for me. I decided to use a little less: 2 scoops, twice a day (total 4 scoops per day). The total cost per month is around $100.

Dennis, thank you. How do you consume it? It doesn't appear to be soluble in water.

IP 6 Gold brand powder dissolves in water. I have been using 3 scoops a day on empty stomach for 6 months and psa is dropping.
