I have been on firmagon for 1 month and lupron for 2 months. PSA test today was 0.01 and T was 3. I have also been taking zytiga for 2 weeks. I will also start radiation in 2 weeks. Is it to early to celebrate the good results ?

I see from a prior post that only two months ago your PSA was 20. So 20 to 0.01 suggests to me that your Firmagon (LHRH antagonist) + Lupron (LHRH agonist) + Zytiga (androgen synthesesis blocker) three-way attack is doing what it was intended to do. I hope you are dealing with all the side effects OK. How did you get Zytiga approved?

Responding better than I thought. Mostly hot flashes. My MO stayed after my insurance and had to show proof of new studies that show that using zytiga early improved results.
