One of the things doctors tend not to mention when they're listing those pesky ADT side effects, like weight gain, boobs, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings and depression, is that, sooner or later with no testosterone in your blood your junk is going to shrivel to near pre-pubescent proportions. You're going to glance down in your bathroom mirror one day and have one of those WTF moments. Be ready for it!
(No, I'm not adding any photo "to bring my post to life," thank you)

Penis tissue atrophies from disuse. The problem is worse when the tissue lacks nerve innervation after prostatectomy. Some men using ADT use a pump daily to promote blood flow and prevent atrophy.
Sildenafil 20 mg every night at bedtime restores nocturnal erections, which nourish the penis and prevent the formation of scar tissue. Scar tissue leaks, resulting in ED.
Use it or lose it indeed. Do whatever you have to do to exercise it at least once a week.
It allows you know to think with your real brain.....I once played golf frequently with a radiologist . He said the day he lost his libido was the day he was set free....If you do not have any memories by now you were not going make any in the near future anyway...enjoy the freedom...besides most women fake the big O at our age just to make us feel better....they want a good cup of coffee, a long walk on the beach, and a good book....are we even in this equation..?? and our credit card..Have fun hang a weight on it ...look at every one who stretches their ear lobes and bottom lips...we already have something to attach too with out piercing it.....Grounded Sky King....
Yea it will shrink for sure. Pump worked for awhile but wife left to take care of our granddaughter for 6 months and that finished it off. Having to push all around where the little guy was to get him out was not only fustrating but not to sanitary either. Tried injections no go. So i learend about an implant and insurance will pay! I did not get any size back but i can use it and it is a great feeling partly of what is was to be a man.
The wife and i never did give up sex except for the first year on ADT when seeing the cover of a hustler magizine would make me cringe. To anyone new to ADT i suggest looking into the inplant.
That’s pretty awesome, I take my fishing really seriously, always had the obsession but it is now in hyperdrive, fortunately my wife loves it too. I even got a tattoo a couple years ago that sums it up, it has a circle hook with a length of line coming off of it that spells “One More Cast”
Ya I’ve been picking up the new Spinfisher VI reels too. On a chartered trip out of Marathon caught a 15-20 lb Blackfin on a 4500 with a Travala medium rod. Reel performed like a champ. I’ve got a couple 6500’s, a 5500 and a 4500. Probably gonna pick up another 5500 for surf fishing. We go to Ponce area regularly, got a buddy with a condo on Ormand. I could go on and on. Catch em up!
Not familiar with that one, we live in the northern burbs and while I was working I had several accounts in downtown Atlanta and ITP but never came across that house. Still, small world...
It happened fairly quickly for me!! I had a follow up appointment with my Urologist and he asked me “how are you doing”?!! I pointed to the poster of the sawn in half guy on the wall and said, “I want to look like that guy again!!! He proceed to describe me to a tee and sent md to mens health!! 5mg viagra equal nightly & a pump....no improvement!!
That’s a big cut . Well, at least you had a lot to lose.
Barely - Uro wanted to start me on self cath but I told him that I would keep A close watch on urine retention. I think once you start selt cath there is no going back and the problem of infections no matter how sterile you do the procedure.
