Rising psa

My 81 year old husband diagnosed 1/2016 with mets to many bones. Hormone therapy has worked well. Casodex 18 months now xtandi, eligard, and xgeva for over 18 months. His PSA went to <.01 almost immediately but now for the last 6 months has risen by .1 each month. It is now .7. The MO doesn’t seem to be concerned and said we would address it if it gets to 2. I’m wondering if it means Xtandi isn’t working anymore and would should look at what’s next? Thanks

I would not be concerned yet, that small of a progression means the treatment is still working. Has his doctor mentioned zytiga?

I would love to have those numbers. My PSA is over 500. I think the meds are working for him.
