Post RP PSA rising?

I was diagnosed 11/18 with Gleason 9 PC. Started 6 month ADT trial at MDA 12/18. Had RP at MDA 6/19. Have had PSA checked numerous times at the same lab, not at MDA, before and after RP, which uses the ARCHITECT immusoassay. It says immunossay is sensitive to 0.01 ng/ml. Here are dates/results, 1/19 ( PSA 0.13), 3/19 (PSA 0.06), after RP 8/19 (PSA <0.01), 12/19 (PSA <0.10), 3/20 (PSA <0.10). I assume from these results after RP my PSA is now somewhere between 0.01 and 0.10. I am somewhat frustrated with PSA results after RP, now being expressed with greater than symbols. Looking for insight on results.

Thanks!

You have to ask for an "ultrasensitive PSA test."

< 0.10 is < less < than, but T_A is right - higher resolution is called for.

After RP, you NEED to get accurate feedback.
