Congratulations on being in remission so long. If your PSA is elevated you can go on Xtandi. Xtandi has been a wonder drug for me. No side effects. In one month my risining PSA of 13.6 following ( prostatectomy, lupron, casodex and orchiectomy) dropped to 1.3. Nine months later it is 0.11. I feel great. Xtandi was just approved last July for non-met CRPC. It's the first second generation androgen receptor drug in 14 years.
