On Zytiga but PSA still Climbing

I’m on Zytiga for 6 months now but my PSA has risen from 0.3 to 1 in the past 3 months. I already did chemo and Provenge two years ago. Also been taking Lupron and Xgeva for past two years. No bone pain, three small mets. I think I’ve received all available treatment short of radiation and/or removal which my docs are not recommending. Anyone know of other options?

There is a lot on it in this forum.

You basically need to go to Germany or Australia to get it.

Try switching from prednisone to dexamethasone with your Zytiga. If chemo worked once, it may still work, or you can switch from Taxotere to Jevtana. And then re-challenge with Zytiga. Xofigo. Lots of clinical trials.

I would get a second opinion or irradiating the 3 "small mets" if they haven't already received the lifetime does.
