Hello from Canada troops. My name is bill. I have advanced prostate cancer, been living far beyond what the stats say, i.e. with a reoccurrence and a Gleason 43 or 44, I have, thru the care of drug trials and smart practical medical support, been alive now for 17 years beyond the bad news date, after surgery failed to cure me.
I started a prostate group in Vancouver, one of over 28 and we raised lots of dough for the cause, over 10 million. Unfortunately, we, against my advise, let the docs take our money and build an empire, instead of finding a cure.
You can stay alive longer, you will have side effects from the drugs etc. and you can live a pretty good life, even with the man of war in operable.
So, get your psa regularly, get back on IHT as soon as it hits 5, stay on for 3 or 4 months, then get off, stay away from foods etc. that increase your testosterone, and if you get a chance, get on a drug treatment trial, for it might not extend your life, but it will for those who follow us, and there are sadly, many who will until we find a cure for this horror show.
Later, and god bless.
