What do ADHD accommodations look like?

Hi All,

I've heard of the idea of accommodations at work or school for ADHD, but I have no clue what that would even look like... I find it hard to fathom what sorts of changes I could expect others to make to support me... I'm curious in general to hear what others have requested/received for this - across work places and school!

For anyone interested in more personal context – I'm in graduate school, where my dissertation writing has no structure. Is there something reasonable I can ask for that you think could help me? Thank you!
