Suspecting I've had ADHD my whole life

Hi, I just recently realized that a lot of the symptoms I've had in my life are connected to this condition. I, however, never been diagnosed properly. I also think one of my kids have the same kind. I wonder if you can post two links or books you most recommend for learning more about this condition and also, what's the most gentle and drug-free approach to channel these symptoms.

Thanks so much!

my favorite ways to learn about this are these 3 you tube channels and their books (audiobooks read by the you tubers)… how to adhd (book by same name), ADHD_love (books are small talk and dirty laundry), and the holderness family (books is adhd is awesome). Two of the books also talk about it from the perspective of a loved one and how to help their adhd person thrive .
