A Question for You All!

Hey there,

I’ve been experimenting with this new “skill” I’ve picked up, and I’ve been brainstorming ways to do something truly unique with it.

After a bit of reflection, I’ve decided I want to create some AI bots—like little helpful programs specifically for our ADHD community. The best part? These would be completely free and exclusively for us to use.

All I’d ask in return is some honest feedback so I can keep improving them and make them as useful as possible.

Does this sound like something y’all would be into? And if so, what kind of bots should I start with? Time management? Budgeting? Something else entirely? Let me know your thoughts—I’d love to hear them!

Until next time,

Same. Happy to try anything and give feedback. For myself, it would ideally be a motivation one, or self-esteem.

Anyway you could get access to real time health and physical data say from a health monitoring app on your smart phone or on a smart watch? Maybe some mindfulness type bells if app says you have been stationary for a certain time? I notice that my breathing gets more shallow when I am hyper-focusing, etc. I use hearing aids that are coupled to my smartphone so that my phone uses the aids instead of the speaker. So how about some set of short motivational sayings to counterbalance my inner voice giving me criticism.

Thanks for working on this. Hope you start an explosion of ADHD helpful apps.
