I saw a few posts about this from years back, but I'm curious if anyone has recommendations for online ADHD coaching. Preferably something my US health insurance might cover all or part of.
Just checking. I could probably use some guidance and accountability.
Cheers.

There's continuous coaching, and there's short-term intensive coaching.
.....
The only ADHD coaching that I've done was the ADHD reWired Coaching and Accountability program (abbreviated ARC), developed by Eric Tivers.
It's a good program, but it takes the short-term intensive approach. (I think it was 8 weeks.)
The people who seem to have a lasting effect from it are the ones who stay connected by subscribing to join their online community. (My budget can't handle that, so after the coaching program was done and the trial community membership ran out, I lost most my my gains.)
[I kept the printable materials with the intention of going over them again, but they are protected by copyright, so I won't share them out of respect for the creator of the materials and their copyright.]

What I think I would benefit from is ongoing coaching, maybe meeting with a coach every other week. But, I just can't afford it right now.
I have used several ADHD / EF coaches over the years. Most recently I'm very happy with Michail Dickey: flowstateexecutivecoaching.... I have also been using an AI executive function coach that I created, the public version of which (with the AI EF coach) is launching in a couple weeks: comigo.ai/
Thanks for the replies, friends! I'll check out the links, etc. I know a lot of the strategies for keeping organized and on-task, I think I just need someone to smack my hand when I slip into TV-during-the-day mode. Working from home has is pros and cons!
As I often say, you are surrounded by many who can relate to the same experiences and this forum has a wealth of knowledge from its members to its staff.
In case this is helpful (now or in the future), I’m passing this along...
I’m a Certified ADHD Executive Function Coach and I work with a range of clients from children to adults.
As my clients will attest to, I’m fiercely passionate about my work, have an ability to not just listen but also hear what the client is sharing & I have an inviting style that allows for a strong rapport and connection.
Sometimes just someone to hold a person accountable & review a few strategies is sufficient for one client while another may benefit from a more hands on approach. Coaching is very individualized and always adapted to best support each client.
All session's are virtual, flexible in scheduling & close to 90% of my clients come from referrals.
