Some days, I find myself coming here a lot!

It's as "sticky" as Facebook is, for me. The difference is that Facebook and other social media are a lot of superficial "fluff", while I find this forum to be a lot more engaging.

I'll admit, I tend to come here compulsively and then stay too long. But, I love being a part of this community!

It's ok if you're getting something positive out of it and its not detaining you from important daily life. Ive benged watched tv shows all day with my love. I call those chill days. Now if you feel regretful about it. Maybe just set a timer.
