Anyone know of any online support/accountability groups. Preferably free. Even better if they included people of color and/or recently diagnosed adults, but not a necessary criteria.
Thanks in advance for any feedback!

This group runs lots of support groups including for people of color and lots of other communities as well.
I have been a part of the Discord linked on this page for a while. It’s run by an ADHD Coach that I have used in the past. flowcode.com/page/adhdruids
This isn't an support group, but it's a website I've found hugely helpful in holding me accountable: www focusmate.com
They have groups you can join, including some for people with ADHD, although I don't find the groups to be of much use, honestly. Since you can choose your own working partner, you could easily decide to choose to work with someone of color.
I've been able to find some people with whom I work well, then coordinate my schedule with theirs so that we work together frequently. It's free for a couple of sessions a week (three?), but the paid version is only $5/month, I think, and that gives you unlimited sessions.
As I said, it's not a support group, but if you're looking for an extra accountability tool, you might find it useful.
Hi BigBabaG,
Caveday is an online accountability group service I heard recommended , though I have not tried yet. It is not specifically for those with ADHD but certainly caters to many as indicated in the blog post below.
There is a 14 day trial. Then costs kick in.
I’d love to hear your experience - or that of anyone in the forum- should you give it a try.
