Online Support Group

Hi all,

I'm wondering if an online support group would be good for me, but the two I've found are quite pricey, and since I tend to change my mind...anyone know of a support group for women with ADHD? Thanks loves!

Ugh I should clarify...I'm looking for a support group that meets virtually, maybe once a week, to help keep me accountable for goals and so I can hear from others that I'm not the only one going through these ish. Thanks!

hi I'm Shnookie. I think U found the right place here. We discuss all kinds of issues relating to ADHD and how it impacts one's life. Of course with this new normal we R living in, it is to be expected that U would be stressed out. I give U a lot of credit for working and going back to school. May I ask R U taking any meds for your ADHD symptoms. There R also concepts such as cognitive therapy, meditation, exercise,

Yoga, positive visualization. Also CHADD has some free webinars that U can look into It is also a positive if you have people who care about U to support what U R

going to. ADHD can be tricky and they don't always understand. I live in Beverly Hills, L.A. area. I don't know where U live but in my two months of belonging to this

group, people often start chatting around 8-9 PM California time. I'm looking for a

job and am on disability for my bipolar stress, but hope to find a job in the next few months. If U like U can reply to me and we can chat now.
