Looking for basic practical support

I have ADHD. I don't have other conditions. I want simple help getting things done. I am looking for others who need the same kind of support. I am a positive optimistic person, but I am disorganized and have memory problems. I know what I need to do and I have a system that works. I just need help from other people who have and understand what ADHD is like. We can remind each other in a way that is respectful of the nature of ADHD. I am in Massachusetts. I work to network other people with neurological differences. I believe we can help each other more effectively than the existing profession.
