Grateful

Today is the first time I felt hope in my life. I finally have a therapist who understands me and has recognized my issues. She is a great listener is working with me to figure things out and to help me mentally and physically. Its a work in progress, and I have to address my issues with drinking but i see light at the end of the tunnel. Life is extremely challenging but I finally found that glimmer I been searching for.

This is awesome! I too had to address my drinking. Since being diagnosed and seeking treatment, I've basically quit drinking. I still do on rare occasion, but it's no longer my crutch. I wish you ALL the best!!! 💜
