Update been wanting to update all week.

I got in to counseling visit best one I ever had. I just got in there and I said we're not going to talk about the past anymore when I come in here we're going to talk about the future. They gave me a ADHD test which I totally had every every Mark almost except for like two and she was like if you have two or more in the shade area you probably have ADHD which. So I'm setting up an appointment this week to see the psychiatrist to start my meds. Also I talked to the school that I'm going to be attending and they are told they're totally working with me with waiting for me to get medicine and get on make sure it's the right one. I appreciate this group so much I have told everyone about this you guys have no idea how much it means to me to know that I'm not alone I pray for my son who goes through the same thing and it's really frustrating you know but I'm trying to also get him into children's counseling him back on his medicine so we can so he can stop self-medicating. Thank you guys so much this group is awesome.

Thanks for the update!

Good counselors are invaluable. For me, getting a diagnosis made me feel like the battle was half won. It confirmed for me that my struggles were not because I wasn't trying, but because I had a legitimate cause for my struggles. Medication has definitely helped me.

Me also we are going to both attend this meeting tonight. Have made snacks and I'm trying to get a hem to do homework i have twice told him to get off YouTube he made a trip to nieghbors and is making weird noises over and over but I'm trying to be patient. God help me.
