Hi, I'm new and my therapist advised me to explore my ADHD diagnosis with my peers.

Looking for virtual support groups to meet weekly and discuss experiences with a qualified support specialist.

I don't know of any virtual support groups for ADHD, but I have found both this forum and the one at forums.howtoadhd.com to be helpful for connecting with ADHD peers.
