Hi darieux, I'm not in your country, but if you're able to share your region someone in your area might be able to point you to specific resources for counselling.

Otherwise, you will have to do some digging, and the types of support you're able to get might depend on what supports or individuals you can use based on your insurance or other financial restrictions.

Do you have insurance / have you looked into what is covered by your insurance?

Things you might look into include:

- Psychologists (especially ones who specialize in adult ADHD)

- Therapists / counsellors who specialize in adult ADHD

I can't help you with online meetings but you might look into whether there's a local chapter of CHADD in your area.
