I function better on my Adderall but now I have so much anxiety! I'm on a depression/anxiety med already but I still can't seem to get motivated when I know I have so much to do. What else can I do to deal with the crippling executive function freeze?

I just started taking strattera because my psych is worried about causing worse anxiety with a stimulant. I have terrible executive function, and it puts me in paralysis. Because i cant get anything done, and it keeps piling up, and that makes it harder and more anxious…I’m stuck in that cycle with unpacking my house! (I moved in a year ago and most of it is in boxes and piles)So basically…I’m posting because I am needing advice too.
