Hey lovely people! So I ended up getting sick with COVID19. Sick as a dog for about 6 weeks. Thankfully, came out of it thanks to the love my family showed me and supported me through it. Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises helped me get through the breathing issues, and now, I’m back to school picking up things where I left them.
Didn’t quite take my Aderrall and bupropion during those days, but as I was healing, my mood swings were wide and unsettling to my family. I realized then how much my behavior changes without the medication. But most importantly, it was validation to my relatives that ADHD exists and medication helps me.
Sometimes it takes a negative event to validate the situation and it will eventually become a supportive evidence that can help our cause for awareness.
