Saw mr Dr. last week and switched to methylphenidate IR. Told her I think extended release might have been the cause for the muscle pain. I'm on my 2nd. day. Started with 10mg twice a day yesterday. Today I did 20mg. Think I'll skip second dose today to see what effects I might get. So far very minor stiffness in neck-shoulder-nothing like Vyvanse pain. Fingers crossed...again.
