I'm mohammad from Iran and Im 19 years old. I've been diagnosed with ADHD since last year. And the most important thing that took me to visit a doctor was I had very bad grades in all my childhood and when I got my diploma degree and by the way I knew that my potential was much more than this, because I learned how to solve the rubik's cube and I learned almost the conventions of music by myself. And I've forgotten to say that I'm classical guitar player🤦🙌

I'm glad to hear that ADHD consciousness is becoming so pervasive. From my experience, in my travels, many other Western countries with better healthcare systems than the U.S. (eg Finland, UK, Canada) still don't have as good of an awareness or understanding of ADHD as the U.S. does.

I suspect that increased rates of neurological and developmental issues due to environmental pollutants mean that countries are going to have to really step up their game.

Sure. Heritability of adhd is somewhere between 60-80%, the rest is environmental.
