Let’s have a day of gratitude. Say thank

You to someone during your travels. Positive thoughts hold a door for someone. Yield for someone when your driving. Don’t get mad when someone cuts you off. Try to understand them. They might have a emergency or they’re late. Let’s be understand. Let’s jump over the obstacles and conquer our issues. Have a good day.

Hi Jw

I hope your well.

Nice piece you’ve written by the way

I like to make at least one person smile a day abs I try to make one person giggle a day.

After all they say laughter is infectious.

Just makes me smile when I get a smile or giggle.and yup having adhd doesn’t seem to have a problem as I end up speaking to most ppl lol

Hey JW

I’m having a weirdly nice day

In that over the last month I’ve been trialling antihistamine because of a few problem including not sleeping.

Omg I wake I smile i stretch as I’m not in pain at the moment

It’s like waking up on Christmas morning every day

Good news is though that I’ve spoken to my new psychiatrist and she has offered me physcology also I asked if I could change my adhd meds for a month and she said yes and also the fact that I’m getting an allergic reaction and she said my you have been reading about the medication.

Also she has offered me some career advice tuition and some clout see in house that will bender me.

The best one though is.yes I’ve been reading through your notes abs from the last hour of conversation over the phone would it be ok for a team to contact me offering me peer to peer suppprt.

BUT I’ll be GIVING the support woo hoo.i said yer bring it on.

All because I told her what I want out of life.

This 2021 is being to kind to me so far.BUT I’m not staying be back waiting for a good 2021 but I’m pushing for one.

Will a bloody long ladder be ok ?

Or shall I take the easy route and sit at the bottom of the wall and not improve ?

I know what I would do and will do
