Welcome to the group! Yep, lots to read and learn about ADHD.

I'm a fellow ADHD'er learning on this journey of life. Trying to improve myself and be the best that I'm able.

Right now, reading an excellent book:

Taking Charge of Adult ADHD by Russell A.Barkley, PhD

He's got some very practical good advice for us, and really lays out the whole maze about this condition. Hope you look at it.

If you have not yet been diagnosed, make sure that you do it. This will allow you to get medication if you need it, and talk to ADHD psychiatrist if you need one as well. Start with your general doctor for referrals.
